Total Retardation 2 is a Battlefield 2 mod with this description:
"Where do I even begin? Snipers shoot wooden crates as ammunition. Anti-tank missiles fly at 5mph. All ammo has colored tracers. Tanks have spoilers. The DPV has motor problems (it's hilarious to watch bots try to drive it, especially since I didn't seem to have any problems), while tanks start floating if you go in reverse (also fun to watch bots try to deal with)."
